Cleanroom corridors serve as the transitional link between the production area and the outside environment; they are often the most overlooked component of the purification system, yet they directly impact the stability of cleanliness levels. These corridors and their partition systems utilize modular, cleanroom-grade color-coated steel panels as the primary enclosure material; the panels feature smooth, dense surfaces that resist dust accumulation and withstand repeated wiping and disinfection. Panels are joined using specialized profiles and sealing strips, while corners and floor junctions feature coved (radiused) transitions to prevent dust from collecting in sharp angles. The ceiling integrates sealed lighting fixtures and air supply terminals, and the walls incorporate provisions for observation windows, pass-through boxes, and utility interfaces (electrical and gas).
