The ZPS-8 model rotary tablet press machine is an intelligent small rotary tablet press machine. It can apply to the R & D centers of pharmaceutical industry, laboratories and other small batch production of tablets.
The machine uses PLC control system; touch screen can display working turntable speed. It can set the system pressure, filling depth, pre-press, thickness and capacity of tablets, can display the working status of each punch in immediate working pressure, and can set the average pressure of dies. The impeller speed of forced feeder also can be displayed. It can display the contents of emergency stop, motor overload, system overpressure and other faults.
