Machine Features
1. The machine is a single –sided press machine. Use IPT punch, can press granular raw materials into round tablet and a variety of special-shaped pieces.
2. There are two features, pre-pressure and main pressure that can improve the quality of the tablet.
3. Adopts PLC speed regulating device, convenient operation, safe and reliable.
4, PLC touch screen has a digital display, if connected with US ports, enabling tablet operating state data collection.
5. The main transmission structure is reasonable, good stability, long service life.
6. With a motor overload protection device, when the pressure overload, can shut down automatically. And have overpressure protection, emergency stop and strong exhaust cooling devices.
7. Stainless steel external casing is fully enclosed; all spare parts contacted with the materials are made of stainless steel or surface treated specially.
8.The compression area is enclosed with transparent organic glass, can fully open, easy to clean and maintain.
9. Optional forced feeder or ordinary feeder.
