Machine Description
The machine operates through a systematic workflow: first, labels are fed automatically from a label roll (supported by a unwinding mechanism) and precisely separated from the backing paper via a peeling plate. Simultaneously, the target product is conveyed to the labeling station via a conveyor belt (with positioning sensors to ensure accurate alignment). Once the product is in place, the label is applied to the flat surface—either by a pressure roller (for smooth adhesion), a blowing system (for non-contact labeling of delicate products), or a robotic arm (for complex positioning). Finally, a pressing mechanism ensures the label is firmly attached without bubbles or wrinkles, completing the labeling cycle.
