The DXD K900T multi-row fully automatic back-sealing granule packaging machine is a high-quality, high-performance fully automatic strip packaging machine. It features a series of automatic functions including feeding, metering, bag making, filling, sealing, date printing, and finished product output. The machine employs a high-precision film conveying system, PLC program control, an advanced touch-screen human-machine interface, photoelectric automatic positioning and tracking, and PID digital constant temperature control. With its simple operation and sophisticated structure, this machine is the preferred choice for the packaging industry to improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and enhance packaging quality. It is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, and chemical products, such as instant coffee, pharmaceutical powders, and sugar .
This equipment is suitable for cold-rolled pure aluminum composite packaging or multi-layer composite film bag packaging. The accompanying multi-channel filling device can continuously fill the packaging bags with packaging materials and simultaneously cut out single or multiple packages. This machine has a small footprint, a novel structure, and various configurations to meet the requirements of different users to the greatest extent.

The entire machine structure adopts CNC machining technology and mold forming, making the paper feeding smoother, more precise, and faster. The biggest feature of this machine is that the longitudinal sealing block adopts a front and rear plate design, which is convenient to disassemble and assemble without the need for readjustment, and can ensure neat and accurate sealing edges.
The entire machine is controlled by Panasonic servo motors. Paper feeding, metering adjustment, and agitation adjustment are all controlled by servo motors, allowing for adjustment of metering volume and frequency. Operation is stable and simple. The distributor structure ensures uniform material distribution within the hopper, guaranteeing overall metering stability.
Features
This machine features a special side-sealing technology, which provides excellent heat insulation for the materials , preventing damage to their composition due to high temperatures . Furthermore, after the machine stops, the longitudinal seal automatically moves away from the feed pipe, avoiding continuous heat conduction from the longitudinal seal to the feed pipe during machine maintenance . Simultaneously, the longitudinal seal fixing module incorporates a cooling system, significantly reducing the impact of temperature on the feed pipe.
The transverse sealing block uses a combination of soft and hard surfaces and a dual-cylinder structure, ensuring consistent sealing pressure and balanced force distribution for a tighter seal.
Features
The paper feeding structure is operated by the control system, which can intelligently correct deviations, provide a film-free alarm, and make changing packaging materials more convenient and time-saving. When the packaging material is misaligned, there is no need for manual adjustment ; the machine will automatically correct the deviation, allowing the packaging material to be corrected in the fastest time possible without wasting packaging materials.
Packaging material placement is more flexible, and personnel operation is simpler and less labor-intensive.
During machine operation, a side-mounted cylinder assists in the machine's operation, greatly reducing the stress on the servo motor and extending its lifespan.
Features
The pneumatic components are from the Japanese brand SMC, with a separate air supply control box that allows for individual adjustment of air supply pressure. It also detects whether the air supply meets the start-up conditions and will alarm if the air supply is insufficient.
In addition to being operated via touchscreen, the machine can also be connected to a mobile phone , allowing for on-site monitoring of machine operation and remote operation via mobile phone . Furthermore, it can be connected to a printing device to monitor daily production.
This machine has been newly equipped with empty bag rejection, film bonding detection, and static electricity removal devices as standard features. We also promise that any vulnerable parts of the machine will be replaced free of charge within one year if they are damaged due to non-human causes.
