The GHL series wet type mixing granulator. An essential piece of equipment for solid pharmaceutical production, this wet granulator specializes in turning powder raw materials into granules, ideal for pre-processing tablets and capsules.
Operating in a sealed vessel, it first blends powders thoroughly, then adds liquid binders via spray or drip. Stirring extrusion and cutter shearing work together to form uniform wet granules. Crafted from 304/316 stainless steel, it complies with GMP standards, ensuring no cleaning dead spots. It produces high-compressibility granules, boosts downstream efficiency, and works for food and chemical industries too.
Machine Features
(1). The GHL wet type mixing granulating machine adopt horizontal barrel (cylinder) structure.
(2). The inner surface no dead corner, it works at sealed state and
conforms to the requirement of GMP.
(3). Short granulating time, high efficiency and energy saving
(4). Final granule uniform and the fluidization is very good. It
provided ideal granule material to tablet pressing procedure.
(5). Compared with traditional process, it can reduce 25% of binder
and shorten drying time too.
(6). Each batch needs 2 minutes to dry mixing and 1~4minutes to granulate. Compared with traditional process, its efficiency can raise 4~5times.
(7). It can mix uniformly when the gravity difference between main material and excipient is big, without the phenomenon of delamination.
