The complete clean‑room consists of four major modules: enclosure panels, clean doors & windows, lighting system and auxiliary purification equipment.

1. Enclosure Sandwich Panels: Ceiling and wall panels are 50mm hand‑made rock‑wool panels with rock wool density of 100kg/m³ and MGO board layer. Surface is 0.5mm powder‑coated galvanized steel sheet. Excellent fireproof and heat‑insulation performance, flat dust‑free surface, modular splicing for short construction time.
2. GMP Clean Doors: Multiple width options:1400mm,800mm,600mm. Rock wool sandwich structure, equipped with aluminum hinges, GMP lock and automatic bottom rubber seal. The rubber seal compresses door gap automatically to avoid air cross‑contamination between different cleanliness zones.
3. Clean View Window: 980×1000mm square corner double flush embedded glass. Desiccant inside interlayer and 3M tape sealing prevent inner fogging. Mounted on wall for workshop observation without breaking clean‑room sealing performance.
4. Back‑lit Clean Panel Light: Two sizes:300×1200mm(48W), 300×600mm(28W). Fully sealed, dust‑proof and anti‑glare, embedded into ceiling panel for high‑hygiene clean workshop environment.
5. Material Air Shower: Full 304 stainless‑steel construction, interlock double‑door design and double‑side HEPA filter nozzles. Blows dust off material surface before entering clean area; interlock system keeps stable clean‑room pressure difference.
6. Pass Box: 600×600×600mm stainless‑steel cabinet with internal UV germicidal lamp. Transfer small goods between clean and non‑clean zones, reduce frequent clean‑door opening and dust intrusion.
