1.Bottle Feeding Structure: Adopts an automatic bottle feeding system with a conveyor belt to ensure continuous supply. The width is adjustable to accommodate various bottle types.
2. Filling Head Structure
The filling head uses a 6-needle filling system. When a bottle arrives at the filling station, a cylinder automatically stops the bottle, the needle descends, and after filling is complete, the needle rises, the cylinder releases, and the bottle is automatically conveyed. The needle is made of 316L stainless steel. The bottle-stopping cylinder is fixed on a slide rail, and the distance can be adjusted to accommodate different bottle shapes and sizes.
3.The liquid filling section uses a cylinder to stop the bottle and automatically submerges to prevent foaming; the metering uses a
servo-driven magnetic pump, designed for large capacity, with high compatibility and stable production capacity.
4. Turntable Structure
This structure utilizes advanced technology, combined with our independently developed system, employing a main motor-driven reducer to power a cam indexing device and a polymer material turntable to provide positioning points for bottles, facilitating the positioning and production of capping and screwing on.
5.Capping and capping mechanism—Utilizes electromagnetic vibration principle for cap feeding and automatic cap delivery. Vacuum robotic arm is used for capping, equipped with a servo motor for rotary capping, improving the capping success rate. No capping occurs without a bottle; the machine stops if no cap is found.
6.The capping mechanism uses a robotic arm to grip the cap, driven by a torque servo motor. The torque level is adjustable via a
touchscreen, making it suitable for various cap types.
7.Bottle Outlet Structure: Bottles that have been filled and capped enter a conveyor belt via a track, automatically transported to the next
process for other production operations. It is equipped with a bottle blockage stop function for convenient line production and interlocking control.
8. Operating Interface: Independent suspended operating station with touchscreen operation; adjustable angle for easy operator convenience.
