Our DLTB-A vertical automatic round bottle labeling machine is a high-efficiency labeling solution widely adopted in pharmaceutical, health supplement, food and daily chemical industries for circular containers. Constructed entirely with SUS304 stainless steel, the whole machine complies with GMP, cGMP and CE standards, clean and corrosion-resistant for clean workshop production.
Supported by PLC + touch screen intelligent control system, the labeler realizes stable labeling speed from 30 to 200 bottles per minute with outstanding ±1mm labeling precision. It features core intelligent protection functions: no bottle no labeling, automatic stop & alarm when labels run out or tear off. The system can save up to 50 groups of product parameter presets, enabling ultra-fast switch between different bottle and label specifications without repeated debugging, drastically cutting format change downtime.
Equipped with adjustable bottle separating wheels and sponge rolling labeling mechanism, the equipment firmly attaches labels without scratching bottle surfaces. The base installs movable casters and fixed support feet, flexible for single machine operation or inline connection with counting machines, desiccant inserting machines, capping machines and aluminum foil sealers to form a complete automatic bottle packaging line. Optional add-ons include date coding, bad labeling inspection & rejection, peripheral automatic bottle feeding and finished product collection modules to meet diverse mass production demands.
