The SNGX fully automatic capping machine is designed for the food and cosmetics industries. The fully automatic capping machine consists of a lifting cap, a arranging cap, a capping, a conveying and a rejection mechanism for unqualified products. The bottle is automatically capped after entering the workstation. The capping machine clamps the bottle by a bottle clamping mechanism and then feeds it into the capping mechanism to tighten the cap. The bottle clamping belt and friction wheel are made of special materials, which not only ensures the durability of the equipment, but also ensures that the bottle and the cap will not be damaged.
