Product Description
The equipment integrates feeding, compression, crushing, and granulation into a streamlined workflow. Pre-mixed dry powders are uniformly fed into the compression zone via an advanced feeding system, which prevents material bridging and ensures consistent material supply . Under precise hydraulic pressure, the powders are squeezed between paired rollers to form dense, uniform sheets . These sheets then pass through a two-stage granulation system—first coarse crushing to break down large lumps, followed by fine granulation and screening—to produce granules with controlled particle size . Unqualified particles are automatically recycled back to the feeding system for reprocessing, achieving a high yield of over 99% .
