The work can be finished by a series of cans in the machine driving various floating links and parts. The machine can be combined to use with other production line. 1. The machine adopts mechanical linkage as the main body, applying the principle of the coating package, and adopts multi-function digital display frequency conversion stepless speed adjustment. PLC can be programmed to control the design technology, realize the thermal seal, automatic control of the plastic temperature, automatic feeding and automatic counting.
2. Using the servo motor falling film, it is equipped with the stable air pump to assist the membrane to smooth the falling fim and eliminate static interference;
3. Apply touch screen and other imported electrical components to realize man-machine interface operation. Can complete programming setting, control operation, tracking display, card box overload automatic protection, failure stop.
4. The machine is equipped with the whole process of assembling, stacking, wrapping, sealing and shaping of single package. After the packing of the drugs in beautiful, intuitive, and exhibit, substantially reducing the costs of packaging, the machine packaging technology applied in pharmaceutical packaging ascendant, replace heat shrinkable packaging.
5. The materials used in the shell, the platform and the components in contact with the drug are made of quality hygienic grade non-toxic stainless steel(1Cr18Ni9Ti), which is completely in line with the GMP specification requirements of pharmaceutical production.
