Features
The filling accuracy is strictly controlled within a ±1% error range, and the filling time of the pneumatic valve can be precisely set to 0.01 seconds. Combined with internationally advanced leak-proof and drip-proof pneumatic control filling valves, it achieves clean filling without bubbles or drips. Each filling head supports independent fine-tuning of measurement, ensuring high consistency in the filling volume of multiple bottles, effectively reducing material loss and improving production economic benefits. Equipped with a bottle neck positioning device, the liquid injection is accurately aligned to avoid material overflow.
It integrates microcomputer programmable control, photoelectric sensing, and pneumatic actuation technology, equipped with a powerful PLC system and a color touchscreen. Information such as production status, operation processes, and filling methods is intuitively displayed, and the entire process is completed via touch control, featuring a low operation threshold. It is equipped with no-bottle no-filling and counting-matched filling functions—filling only starts when the number of bottles recorded by the counter matches the set number of filling bottles, avoiding waste caused by misoperation. No additional spare parts are required, and switching between filling specifications can be completed within minutes, making maintenance simple and worry-free.
