The RF-GSF-4 Four Head Tracking Filling Machine is an automatic filling equipment complying with GMP standards. It adopts the principle of plunger-type quantitative filling and realizes full-process automatic control of bottle feeding, positioning, filling and bottle discharging through the Japan Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller, ensuring precise and efficient operation. Designed for production scenarios where bottles move continuously, the equipment is equipped with four head tracking filling technology, completing a full cycle of functional actions including tracking and inserting into the bottle mouth, tracking and filling, fast rising and quick returning. Each functional action is decomposed into horizontal tracking motion and vertical lifting motion to ensure the accuracy of simultaneous filling of multiple bottles.
