Equipped with double head tracking filling technology, the equipment is designed for production scenarios where bottles move continuously, completing a full cycle of functional actions including tracking and inserting into the bottle mouth, tracking and filling, fast rising and quick returning. Each functional action is decomposed into horizontal tracking motion and vertical lifting motion to ensure filling accuracy.
The equipment has multiple core advantages: the touch screen operation is intuitive and convenient, and the lifting-type filling design effectively prevents foam generation; the measurement accuracy is as high as ±1%, the filling cylinder is ground, and combined with a unique filling valve design, it achieves leak-free filling; it is equipped with no-bottle no-filling and automatic shutdown functions when bottles are full, and can be customized with positioning devices according to bottle types, featuring strong adaptability.
In terms of configuration and hygiene, the equipment adopts France Schneider frequency converter and Taiwan Airtac pneumatic components, ensuring stable and reliable performance; the material contact parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, complying with hygiene and safety standards.
