Principle
Core working principle: The bottle separation mechanism separates the products and enters the aluminum foil detection area. Products without aluminum foil are rejected, and products with aluminum foil enter the electromagnetic induction sealing area. The host transmits the supersonic current to the induction head. The aluminum foil at the bottle mouth under the induction head is electromagnetically induced to generate supersonic current, which instantly reaches a high temperature, so that the composite film on the aluminum foil melts and adheres to the bottle mouth, achieving an efficient and high-quality sealing effect.
Operation process: bottle placement (can be connected to the assembly line) -> bottle delivery (automatically realized by the equipment) -> aluminum foil detection -> electromagnetic induction sealing -> collection of sealed products.
