Product Introduction
PXGZ model flat type top-device scraper bottom discharging centrifuge is designed based on theflat type scraper bottom discharging centrifuge with GMP standard and environmental protectionsanitary requirement, it is a new model bottom discharge centrifuge.
Inverter controls the motor,itconnects directly with the bowl through the motor spindle, which makes the bowl rotating at highspeed around itself axis to form centrifugal force field, the material be feed from top inlet, then thecentrifugal force pushes the material equispaced on the drum to separate the solid and the liquid.
The liquid penetrates the solid and the filter screen gap, then it was tossed to the main case space, anddischarged from the bottom liquid outlet, the solid material will hold back in the bowl. After processed,the bowl speed reduced,and the scraper would scrape the solid material, discharge it through theoutlet on the bottom of bowl.
