Plate-Type Pull-Bag Scraper Bottom Discharge Centrifuge is an industrial separation equipment suitable for high-cleanliness and high-risk working conditions. The whole machine adopts a sealed explosion-proof structure, and the material-contacting parts are made of 316L/304 stainless steel, complying with GMP standards, which can safely handle flammable, explosive, toxic and highly corrosive materials. Equipped with a PLC frequency conversion control system, the device supports full-automatic/manual operation and realizes the full-process automation of "feeding-washing-dewatering-discharging"; combined with the pull-bag scraper discharge and filter cloth vibration device, it features high separation efficiency, no material residue, and greatly reduces maintenance costs. PLC + variable frequency speed control, supporting full-automatic/manual dual-mode operation: Equipped with PLC control system and variable frequency speed regulation technology, it can complete the whole process of "feeding-washing-dewatering-discharging" with one click, no manual intervention required; combined with touch screen operation, parameter adjustment is convenient, greatly improving production efficiency.
Multi-dimensional safety protection, meeting compliance requirements of high-cleanliness industries: Equipped with safety protection functions such as overload, over-temperature, over-vibration, etc. Meanwhile, the whole machine has no hygiene dead corners, and the material-contacting parts are made of 316L/304 stainless steel, complying with GMP cleanliness standards, suitable for food and other industries.
