Performance Characteristics

Suitable for slitting and packaging of various food-grade films and pharmaceutical films. The material unwinding adopts magnetic powder brake tension control, combined with photoelectric roll diameter monitoring to achieve constant-speed unwinding.

The whole machine adopts a design of mainframe structure plus detachable modules. Each module can be independently disassembled or assembled, and can be customized with special functions or stations according to requirements.

All production operations and various parameter adjustments of the equipment are controlled by the PLC touch panel, and all operational processes and parameters are displayed on the touch panel.

The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and the corresponding blanking stroke and frequency can be set according to product dimensions. Both the material film and packaging film are driven by servo motors, ensuring stable operation and precise synchronization.

The equipment is equipped with a safety production alarm function. It will immediately trigger an alarm and shut down automatically when all film materials are used up or broken.

All parts of the equipment in contact with materials are made of stainless steel or non-toxic materials, complying with GMP requirements and standards. All electrical components, wiring layouts and operation schemes meet UL safety standards.
