Process Flow

Place the material film roll on the unwinding shaft, then guide the material film through tension control and the traction device to enter the film-forming station. Precise and stable film formation is achieved via the comma blade—currently, the horizontal tolerance of the film roll is controlled within ±2μm.

The film coated with materials enters the oven drying zone. After circulating drying, the finished film roll is obtained. It then passes through the tension control roller and correction device, and is cut by the film roll slitter into rolls compatible with LY-KFM260 series packaging machines. Finally, it is introduced into the material rewinding station via the traction device.
