The GHL series High speed wet type mixing granulating machine, which is a core equipment for solid pharmaceutical preparations, the wet granulator is designed for powder granulation, widely applied in pre-processing tablets and capsules.
In a sealed container, it mixes powders uniformly, adds liquid binders by spraying/dripping, then forms uniform wet granules via stirring extrusion and knife shearing. Made of 304/316 stainless steel, it meets GMP standards with no cleaning blind spots. It delivers uniform, compressible granules, boosts downstream efficiency, and also suits food and chemical sectors.

The principle of action is based on: Put the powder material into the fluid bed. The cold air is drawn into the fluid bed through the pre, middle and final filters(HEPA) and passes through the heating chamber behind the main machine, heated to the desired temperature by the heater. The material is fluidized in the fluid bed regularly . The binder is delivered to the nozzle by the liquid pump, which is sprayed to the fluidized material after being sheared into droplets by air.
The evaporating moisture is drawn out by the fan.

Equipped with an intelligent touch screen, it supports one-click setting of mixing time and speed parameters, and has built-in overload protection and fault alarm functions, which can be operated without professional personnel; the machine body adopts modular assembly, and core components such as blades and tanks can be quickly disassembled and cleaned, reducing equipment downtime, and is especially suitable for small-batch, multi-batch production modes that require frequent material changes.
