Weighing Quantitative Filling Machine RF-GCZ-2/4/6 with the function of digital display of filling volume
The RF-GCZ-2/4/6 Weighing Quantitative Filling Machine is an integrated equipment combining filling and electronic weighing, built by integrating internationally advanced technology. Specifically designed for barrel-type and large-dose liquid filling scenarios, it has become a preferred filling equipment in chemical fields such as food, lubricating oil, coatings, latex paints, and architectural coatings, relying on advantages such as precise metering, flexible operation, and wide adaptability.
The equipment supports filling with a range of 5-50L and provides multiple models of 2-head, 4-head, and 6-head options. The corresponding filling speeds can reach 4-6 barrels per minute, 8-12 barrels per minute, and 12-18 barrels per minute respectively (based on 20kg materials), which can flexibly adapt to different production capacity requirements according to the production scale. It adopts a top filling method and is equipped with a roller conveyor belt to realize convenient material transportation. The core control operates collaboratively through manual setting and micro switches, and at the same time, it has a manual/automatic dual control system, making operation flexible and convenient.
In terms of functional design, the equipment is equipped with a digital filling volume display function, which can easily complete the setting of multiple filling volumes. Combined with automatic peeling and net weight filling functions, the metering accuracy is as high as ≤±0.35% FS, ensuring precise and consistent filling of each batch. It has a built-in vacuum suction anti-drip device and dual-speed control function, which effectively avoids liquid splashing and drip pollution, and ensures a clean and orderly filling process. All pipelines in contact with liquids are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. It can be adapted to various liquids such as viscous/non-viscous, corrosive/non-corrosive, and meets the hygiene and safety requirements for material filling in multiple industries.
The equipment operates stably and reliably, supporting 220/380V power supply voltage and adapting to 0.6-0.8mpa working air pressure. The body size and weight of different models are reasonably planned, taking into account both production efficiency and site adaptability.
