Overview
This machine is suitable for automatic film packaging (with gold thread) of single boxed items in various industries. The machine frame is made of stainless steel, with a floor-standing multi-door safety structure and a flat-push box-pushing structure, making mold changing simple. Multiple distance adjustments are made manually, greatly saving mold changing time. The film is fixed with an air-expanding roller, making film changing even simpler and faster.

1. This machine is a fully automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment. It adopts a flat-push packaging method, and all wrapping and heat-sealing actions are completed by cam drive, featuring high speed and stable operation.
2. Different sizes of items can be packaged simply by changing the mold. A newly designed quick-adjustment structure makes mold changing simple and quick.
3. This machine uses an all-aluminum alloy film cutter holder and a single-rotation film cutter, ensuring precise and flat cutting. No need to change the film cutting mechanism for products of different sizes.
4. Packaging speed is adjusted by a frequency converter, reaching 30-70 packs/minute depending on the packaged items.
5. Equipped with a double-sided wrinkle-reducing device, making the film packaging more form-fitting and aesthetically pleasing.
6. The new quick-release pull-string spool features a composite self-adhesive laser anti-counterfeiting sealing line, truly providing anti-counterfeiting and moisture-proof functions.
7. It has two feeding mechanisms: automatic feeding and manual feeding. The automatic feeding mechanism can be integrated with a fully automated unmanned production line.
8. The automatic feeding mechanism has a box-out stop function, and is equipped with a jamming torque overload protection device and a double-layer blowing auxiliary film lowering device.
9. It adopts an imported stainless steel one-piece panel, with an integrated electrical box mounted on the top and a car tailgate-style all-aluminum electrical box door.
10. The entire machine is equipped with an acrylic safety guard.
