Shanghai, May 16, 2026 — The three-day 94th China International Pharmaceutical Raw Materials, Intermediates, Packaging and Equipment Exhibition (API China 2026) concluded successfully at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) on May 15. The core theme of this API China was "Innovation Empowers the Entire Chain, Green Leads the Future", and the full implementation of the 2025 GMP on July 1 ran through the entire exhibition as the central topic. For the first time, the new GMP incorporates "data-driven decision-making", "full-process traceability" and "intelligent manufacturing" as mandatory clauses, imposing unprecedentedly stringent requirements on process control precision, data integrity and automation levels of pharmaceutical production equipment.
At the exhibition, intelligent, continuous and green equipment compliant with the new GMP became the focus of buyers. According to organizer statistics, transaction volume in the pharmaceutical machinery zone increased by 42% year-on-year, with intelligent solid dosage equipment accounting for over 60% of total sales. Many pharmaceutical companies stated that they are accelerating the upgrading of existing production lines to ensure smooth passage of the 2025 GMP certification before July 1.

1. GLZ-120 Dry Granulator: Intelligent Closed-loop Control for Stable Granule Quality
Lysino Machinery’s independently developed GLZ-120 Dry Granulator adopts an intelligent pressure feedback system that automatically adjusts roller pressure and speed according to material characteristics, avoiding problems such as tablet cracking and excessive fine powder. The equipment is equipped with an online granule particle size and moisture detection system to realize closed-loop control, increasing the granule qualification rate to over 99.5%.
Its fully enclosed dust-free design completely solves dust leakage and cross-contamination problems. The integrated MES system interface allows real-time upload of all process parameters to meet data traceability requirements. The modular design reduces mold replacement time to 15 minutes, perfectly adapting to multi-variety and small-batch production needs.
2. NJP-1200C Automatic Capsule Filling Machine: ±3% Ultra-high Precision, Far Exceeding National Standards
The NJP-1200C Automatic Capsule Filling Machine adopts servo motor drive and electromagnetic vibration feeding technology, combined with real-time feedback from high-precision weighing sensors, stably controlling fill weight variation within ±3%, far exceeding the ±5% standard required by the 2025 GMP.
With a maximum capacity of 1,200 capsules per minute, the equipment operates stably with a low failure rate. The integrated AI visual inspection system automatically rejects unqualified products such as empty capsules, missing pills and poor locking. The product fully complies with cGMP and FDA requirements, supporting export to European and American markets.
3. SNZ-120 Intelligent Counting & Cartoning Production Line: Full-process Automation with Zero Manual Intervention
The fully automatic production line composed of Lysino Machinery’s intelligent counting machine and SNZ-120 Horizontal Cartoning Machine realizes full-process automation from counting, bottling, capping, labeling to cartoning and sealing with zero manual intervention.
The intelligent counting machine adopts 3D visual recognition technology, achieving 99.99% counting accuracy with an unqualified rate lower than 1/100,000. The production line integrates online weight detection, metal detection and visual inspection systems to ensure product quality. All process data is automatically recorded, realizing full traceability of each bottle of product.

During the exhibition, Lysino Machinery’s booth not only attracted attention from many leading domestic pharmaceutical companies but also welcomed a large number of overseas buyers from Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia, as well as from the Middle East and Latin America.
It is understood that Southeast Asia has become the fastest-growing market for Chinese pharmaceutical equipment exports. In 2025, Southeast Asia’s imports of Chinese-made electronic counting machines reached 210 million RMB, a year-on-year increase of 36.5%. With the in-depth implementation of the RCEP agreement and the improvement of local GMP standards, the competitiveness of China’s cost-effective pharmaceutical equipment in the Southeast Asian market has been further enhanced.
