The machine features advanced functions, simple operation and compact structure. Equipped with photoelectric detection, PLC control and touchscreen operation system, it delivers accurate and high-precision labeling performance. It also comes with practical functions including no-labeling without workpiece and automatic alarm when label runs out.
This machine can work as a standalone unit, or be combined with other equipment manufactured by our company to form a complete bottling production line.

• Capable of top labeling for a wide range of product types with integrated versatility.
• Imported rubber rollers are adopted to roll and press the bottle body, ensuring firmer adhesion of labels.
• Equipped with a touch-type HMI (Human-Machine Interface). Abnormal faults can be displayed on the interface with guided troubleshooting procedures. Featuring simple operation, the device can be quickly mastered by any operator. It supports 50 sets of parameter memory functions. There is no need for repeated parameter setting when switching between products of different specifications, as saved parameters can be directly recalled, greatly improving working efficiency.
• The label peeling distance is automatically calculated by the label output motor and label detection photoelectric sensor in coordination with the PLC system. The parameters for different label lengths can be modified directly on the HMI for convenient operation.
• Equipped with automatic alarm and shutdown functions for missing labels, broken labels, incomplete labels and missing color bands. The machine implements a no-bottle-no-labeling working mechanism.
• The machine adopts a sturdy and durable base and standardized modular mechanical structure. Components can be replaced conveniently to meet the labeling requirements of different bottle types.
• The chassis and frame are made of SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials with rust-proof performance, fully complying with cGMP, FDA, SGS and EU standards.
• Patented liner rewinding design ensures synchronous liner recycling and label output without liner breakage.
• Complete supporting equipment documents (including manuals for equipment structure, working principle, operation, maintenance,repair and upgrade) are provided to fully guarantee the stable operation of the equipment.
• Optional configurable functions: ① Hot stamping/inkjet coding function ② Automatic bottle feeding function (customized according to product characteristics) ③ Automatic product collection function (customized according to product characteristics) ④ Additional labeling devices ⑤ Printing and labeling effect detection function ⑥ Customized functions as per customer requirements
