  • One-click flexible switching for multiple product categories: Equipped with an AI intelligent recipe system, it can complete one-click switching between water injections, large-volume infusions, oral liquids and biological agents of different specifications within 15 minutes without replacing any molds, perfectly adapting to multi-variety, small-batch production needs.

The production line deeply integrates Industry 4.0 technologies to realize full-process intelligent management and control:
  • Real-time digital twin mapping: Constructs a 1:1 digital twin model of the production line, collecting over 1,200 parameters including temperature, humidity, pressure, flow rate and particle concentration in real time, dynamically rendering production status in virtual space to achieve "what you see is what you get".
