Product description
The GZPK Series Tablet Press is a high-efficiency automatic device, ideal for pharmaceutical, food, and chemical sectors. It presses powders/granules into custom-shaped and plain tablets, complying with GMP standards.
Its single-roller continuous design ensures uniform pressure, consistent tablet quality, and 30% higher efficiency than batch presses. Easy to maintain and operate, it’s a reliable investment for boosting production capacity.
Function
Single reject means that in the automatic production process, after the system detects the pressure out of tolerance of a punching tool, the blowing valve works and blows the unqualified tablet into the waste passage;
Batch reject is controlled by channel conversion solenoid valve, so that qualified channels automatically transfer to the waste channel, batch elimination of tablets. This function can be completed by setting the waste time on the touch screen
