Fully Automatic Horizontal Cartoning Machine JDZ-120III
Its working process includes: conveying blister packs or other items (one blister at a time, adjustable to multiple blister packs); conveying drug instructions (automatic folding from 1 to 4 folds); automatically opening and conveying the carton, simultaneously loading the blister pack and folded instructions into the carton; and completing the complex sealing process of automatically printing batch numbers and sealing both ends with paper flaps.

The machine's exterior is entirely constructed of high-quality stainless steel, and the working surface is enclosed by plexiglass doors and windows, incorporating innovative design in strict accordance with the pharmaceutical industry's "GMP" standards. The transmission system is designed with overload protection and an emergency stop device, and the operating system uses a human-machine interface video screen to ensure operator safety.
