NJP1200 Automatic Hard Capsule Filling Machine is used for hard capsule powder/granule filling, is widely used in Pharmaceutical, medicine, and chemicals (powder, Pellet, granule, pill), also can be used to fill vitamin, foodstuff and animal drug, etc.
Features:
1). With the integration of RU110 & RU80 high precision indexing boxes, the stability is increased, and the service life is long.
2). The second-generation full-closed turntable is adopted. The double shafts have the circular up-down movement for the upper die, with the imported silica gel's sealing, there is less powder falling on the turntable. The double shafts have the circular in-out movement for the down die, with the imported silica gel sealing ring, the powder hanging which is caused by the shaft's movements are reduced, it's stable and accurate. The double shafts are easy to dismantle and clean, and there is no need to open the turntable if the sealing ring needs to be replaced.
3). Take the lower surface of the metering tray as the base, the 3-V regulating device is adopted, which solves the out-of-shape problem of the metering tray and the copper pad, the interval is even, the powder leakage is reduced, it's convenient to clean, the filling volume is ensured, and this is the original creation in China.
4). With the vacuum capsules positioning & separating device, the capsules feeding rate gets to be more than 98%.
5). The capsule control switch is newly designed, and it's safer and more convenient.
6). The inching control system is convenient to operate in the production and the cleaning.
