1.The CGN208-D2 Capsule Filling Machine is an advanced and efficient capsule filling equipment developed and improved upon our factory's CGN208-D and Microsphere Filling Machine. It meets the market demand for filling multiple materials into a single capsule, achieving this functionality in one device with high cost-effectiveness. The new capsule dispensing assembly adopts a cylindrical positioning design, reducing mold changeover time to just 5-8 minutes for mold replacement and debugging. Compared to the old model, the new assembly simplifies capsule placement, turning, vacuum separation, and manual operations, making the process more intuitive, convenient, and improving capsule loading efficiency. This machine features an innovative structure and aesthetically pleasing design, employing combined electrical and pneumatic control systems. Equipped with electronic automatic counting devices, programmable controllers, and frequency converter speed regulation, it can independently complete capsule positioning, separation, filling, and locking actions, replacing manual filling to reduce labor intensity, enhance production efficiency, ensure accurate dosing, and comply with pharmaceutical hygiene requirements.

2.The machine consists of a new type of bag turning and separating mechanism, two types of drug filling mechanisms, a locking mechanism, a frequency conversion speed regulation mechanism, pneumatic control and electrical control systems, protective devices, as well as vacuum pumps and air pumps (optional) accessories.

3.Both domestically produced or imported mechanical capsules and hand-made capsules (those processed by manual capsule-making machines) are applicable, with a finished product qualification rate exceeding 98%.
