Product Introduction
PS type flat centrifugeis designed based onGMP standard and environmental protectionsanitary requirement, it is a fully closed manualtop discharge centrifuge.
It is equipped withbig flip closed shell, cancelled traditionalsuspension support leg, and adopts flat platebalance weight and high viscosity dampvibration isolator without base installation.
Theinverter controls the motor to drive belt pulley,through triangle belt to give the powder to thedrum,which makes the drum rotating highspeed around itself axis to form centrifugal forcefield,then the centrifugal force pushed thematerial equispaced on the drum to separate thesolid and the liquid .
The liquid penetrates thesolid and the filter screen gap.it was tossed tothe main case space,and discharged from thebottom liquid outlet,the solid material willholdback in the drum,and will be manuallydischarge from the top when the machine shutting down.
